PARTAKE is a Nottingham based company run by Lucy Graham and Steven Adby, who after
more than 30 years teaching and performing experience, are acknowledged leading experts in creative and innovative living
history, dance and drama projects. We come highly recommended by numerous schools as the perfect
facilitators to complement the 'Excellence and Enjoyment' strategy for primary schools and are the proud recipients
of the nationally recognised 'Sandford Award for Heritage Education'. We specialise in exciting and enriching
fully interactive history and drama/literacy sessions using stunning costume, role-play and investigation. We
also possess the CRB Standard Disclosures.

a day of artefacts, spices and craft, culminating in the highly atmospheric and visually stunning ' The Pharaoh's
Farewell' - an ancient Egyptian burial ceremony drama.
- JASON AND THE GOLDEN
FLEECE :- a drama workshop using masks and props, inspired by Ancient Greek theatre.
- THE TUDORS :- a day of dance, artefacts, quill pens and costume culminating in
the arrival of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth I.
- THE VICTORIANS :-
a day of dance, artefacts, costume, craft and the chance to meet Queen Victoria's youngest daughter, Princess Beatrice.
- WORLD WAR II - LIFE ON THE HOME FRONT :- a day of artefacts,
jitterbugging, rationing, evacuation, craft and a 'good old knees up'!
